Since everybody’s situation is different, this is one of the ways we ensure that you not only get the coverage that fits your needs, but you also get it at a great price. Our auto insurance specialists are also able to group everything together to ensure that you get as many discounts as possible for having multiple lines of insurance in one company. Depending on your situation, it may be beneficial to write your auto insurance through Bristol West and your home insurance through Farmers Insurance Group, or maybe write your modular/mobile home through Foremost Insurance Group and your auto insurance through Farmers Insurance Group. No matter what the situation, we can always find you the appropriate coverage on auto insurance, at a great rate, while maintaining your multiline insurance discounts.
Cordogan Insurance also has lots of optional coverage available. Some of these include a great glass coverage program, rental reimbursement, and full roadside assistance. Customers who choose these insurance options know that not only do they have great basic coverage, but they are also covered in situations that eventually arise from normal auto usage such as a chipped windshield or mechanical problems.
“High Risk” Drivers
Have you had problems in the past because of a ticket or an accident causing your premium to be too high? Maybe you are in a situation where you are required to have an SR-22, but your finding that the coverage it is tied in with is just too expensive. No matter what the situation is, Cordogan Insurance can find the coverage you are looking for at a reasonable price. Our auto insurance specialists know that everyone gets a ticket or is involved in an accident at some point in their life, but that doesn’t make you a bad driver and shouldn’t stop you from being able to afford insurance. If you have to have an SR-22, you shouldn’t lose your license because you can’t afford your insurance either. We can always insure what some companies consider to be high risk.
State Insurance Requirements
Each state requires drivers to maintain AT LEAST a specific minimum amount of insurance in order to legally drive a car. In Tennessee, the state minimum is currently $25,000 for bodily injury, $50,000 per occurrence, and $15,000 for property damage. These amounts, however, are simply minimum coverage required by law and drivers should always consider obtaining higher limits to ensure that they are well protected in the event of an accident. For example, if a driver was to hit and $80,000 car and cause $30,000 worth of damage, but the driver only has $15,000 worth of coverage for property damage, that driver would then be liable for the remaining $15,000 worth of damage. This is just one of many reasons for having thorough coverage rather than just the bare minimum.
